The legal foundation to use your personal information is EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) Article 6 (2) c, in relation to the Danish Uddannelsesbekendtgørelsen (BEK 1328 of 15th of november, 2016), chapter 2.
Roskilde University does disclose your information to non-listed third parties. Your information may be disclosed to Statistics Denmark as well as the Danish Ministry for Higher Education and Science. Every disclosure and/or transmission will be done via encrypted connections to ensure the safety of your personal information.
The information is necessary to process your request for registration to the Summer School. You are not obligated to pass on the personal information by filling out this form, however without these information, we will be unable to process your request for registration, and thus you wont be able to request registration.
The personal information provided will be stored as long as you are an active student at Roskilde University. After this point, Roskilde University will keep the personal information which is necessary, in order to issue your diploma. The duration stated in the Danish Eksamensbekendtgørelsen (BEK 1062 of 30th of june 2016) § 33 is 30 years.
Any information provided may also be transferred to the National Archives for permanent storage, due to any legal requirements set forth in the Danish law on archives (Arkivloven).
